Lexus Cambridge and RRG Group have been recognised as the top performers at this year’s Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards. The awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the Lexus network in areas including sales, aftersales, marketing, fleet and business sales, and hospitality.

Lexus Cambridge was named Centre of the Year and also won the Omotenashi Award for excellence in customer hospitality. The dealership was recognised for its consistent focus on customer experience, alongside delivering strong results in new and used car sales, aftersales and insurance products.

RRG Group was named Group of the Year for its growth strategy, investment in its Lexus operations and consistently strong performance across multiple Centres.

Other winners at the Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards included Lexus Bristol for Best Service CEM, Lexus Bolton for Best New Car CEM, Lexus Chester for Best Used Car CEM, and Lexus Swindon for both KINTO Performance and Fleet & Business Performance.
