Keyloop has launched VEGA and VEGA.ai, new business intelligence tools designed to help motor retailers enhance performance, increase margins and improve customer lifetime value by leveraging real-time data insights.

The tools, which will be available to early adopters from September, combine advanced analytics with embedded AI and are being introduced as enhancements to Keyloop’s Dealer Management System (DMS) and Fusion platform.

VEGA and VEGA.ai are part of Keyloop’s wider Fusion Automotive Retail Platform (ARP), which provides end-to-end support across the vehicle sales and ownership lifecycle.

Fusion integrates four dealership domains—Demand, Supply, Ownership and Operate—within a cloud-based architecture built to scale across multi-site, multi-brand operations. VEGA will be deployed within the DMS under the ‘Operate’ domain, while VEGA.ai will be rolled out across the broader Fusion suite.

The new tools will offer a library of template reports for core dealership functions, including new and used car sales, aftersales, parts, inventory, and finance. Multi-site groups will benefit from automated reporting capabilities that allow them to analyse granular site-level performance or consolidate data for broader strategic planning.

With VEGA.ai, managers will be able to ask a simple question using natural language queries and get instant answers that they can act on – no need for analysts and no delays.”

The AI features within VEGA.ai include predictive analytics and workflow automation, allowing dealerships to identify risks and mitigate costs before they materialise. Users will be able to generate bespoke reports using natural language prompts, providing greater accessibility and reducing reliance on technical specialists.

Keyloop’s new domain ‘Hubs’ will integrate with VEGA to offer dealerships strategic oversight and improved responsiveness. The system’s design supports fast, secure deployment across networks of all sizes, enabling retailers to reduce costs and deliver better customer outcomes through an ‘Experience-First’ approach.
