CitNOW has launched Auto360, a dealership customer relationship management (CRM) solution, based on the Salesforce Automotive Cloud platform.
Auto360 allows dealers to consolidate data across a range of third-party systems, bringing customer and vehicle information into one place.
Research by CitNOW found that 88% of dealers say that the complexity of their technology creates a significant cost to business, with the average car dealership using 50 different software solutions.
CitNOW aims to combat this by reducing the amount of redundant systems used in dealerships, allowing both sales and workshop teams to access the same data through a unified platform.
Achyut Jajoo, senior vice president of manufacturing, automotive and consumer goods at Salesforce, said: “Today’s dealerships are struggling with outdated technology and systems that are hindering their efficiency, hurting customer experiences, and slowing their revenue growth.
“By combining Salesforce and CitNOW Group’s deep understanding of dealership needs and robust, industry-specific capabilities, we are empowering dealerships to transform their operations.
“With this new solution, dealerships will be able to streamline workflows and improve efficiency for staff while enhancing and personalizing customer experiences.”
The system will integrate into marketing, sales, and aftersales solutions, cutting down on the amount of logins staff are required to use, and streamlining business processes.
Auto360 will be launched on the Salesforce AppExchange in stages, with the Marketing360 module debuting in late June, followed by Showroom360 and Aftersales360 in the second half of the year.
Boris Huard, CEO of CitNOW Group, said: “Our mission is to fuse our deep automotive expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver a solution that streamlines dealership operations by simplifying systems and processes, enabling sales and workshop teams to focus on what matters most: exceptional customer experiences and sustainable revenue.
“Several leading UK dealer groups are already realising measurable results from the CitNOW Auto360 solution.
“Early adopters have reported an average of 15% additional vehicle sales per month, a 25% increase in online service bookings, and a 30% uplift in tracked customer enquiries.”
It comes following major research and development investments by CitNOW Group, which aims to become Europe’s leading supplier of CRM solutions to automotive retailers.
