Luxury carmaker Rolls-Royce has presented it’s Global Dealer of the Year gong to H.R. Owen owned, Rolls Royce Motor Cars London at the firm’s World Dealer Conference which took place recently at Goodwood.
Rolls-Royce judge dealer performance on KPIs in areas such as sales, service, marketing and parts supply. According to the carmaker, Rolls Royce Motor Cars London exceeded target in all areas.
Talking about the award, Claus Andersen, Rolls-Royce Brand Director, said, “It’s a true honour to be recognised as the best Rolls-Royce dealer in the world. I am immensely proud of every single member of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London team. To achieve over 100 per cent in every element of our KPIs shows the dedication, passion and commitment we have towards the brand, our customers and the role we play within the business.”
