The Rockar automotive retailing business has signed a new data deal with cap hpi, covering valuation and provenance data.

The data will help Rockar’s part exchange process, to give customers more accurate trade-in valuations at its online platform and store concept implementations with Hyundai, Jaguar and Land Rover.

Simon Dixon, founder of Rockar, said: “Rockar is an enabler. We facilitate better customer relationships with our digitally-led, pressure free car buying solution. Using data sources such as cap hpi to power our platform makes us truly unique and helps us to increase sales and improve customer loyalty for car manufacturers and dealers. 

Steve Hrywnak, head of inside sales at cap hpi said: “Rockar is a true innovator and it is great to see cap hpi used in such a revolutionary way. Great retail is based on trust, and this data helps the process become more transparent.”

Rockar recently partnered with Mitsubishi in developing the brands new Buy Online platform in the UK.
