The Motorline Group has acquired Nissan Ashford, Peugeot Ashford and Folkestone Peugeot from the KAP Motor Group for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition boost Nissan’s representation at Motorline sites to nine dealerships. The deal has also bolstered Motorline’s Peugeot offering across East Kent. The total number of dealerships and TPS centres operated by the Motorline Group across the UK is now up to 53, including three dealerships in Crawley that are in the pipeline, to be launched early 2018.

The group has already identified a number of operational synergies which will complement our existing Nissan & Peugeot operations. The two new dealerships increase to five, the number of dealerships in Ashford and further strengthens the group operations in East Kent.”
The Corporate team at TS&P, led by Partner and Head of Corporate, Joanne Gallagher, advised the Motorline Group on the acquisition.
