As part of National Customer Service Week (2-6 October), Cox Automotive is asking its board members to spend a day in the life of a team members at the group’s vehicle inspection and call centre sites.

Martin Forbes, managing director of Retail, Media and Data Solutions at Cox Automotive UK will see the action at customer service call centre, and work alongside team members in the Modix imagery department near Manchester.HR director, Alison Fisher will work with Manheim’s vehicle inspectors to collect cars at the end of their lease, complete inspections and provide reports to leasing companies.

Clare Field, marketing director at Cox Automotive, will be working with inspections and vehicle arrivals at Manheim Leeds. Clare said, “We all play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the best possible experience, and I’m looking forward to working with the auctions and inspections teams to gain a deeper understanding of the work they do and how it impacts our customers.”
