Jardine Motor Group, has acquired 3.5 acres of land in Kent for the construction of a new Jaguar Land Rover dealership. The completed facility will be the new home of Jardine’s Sevenoaks Jaguar and Tonbridge Land Rover businesses.

The site, situated on the A26, in Tonbridge, Kent, was acquired from a private land owner. Jardine plans to invest a £12 million in the project, to construct a 43,300 sq ft car showroom and dealership. The group expects to open the facility to customers in December 2018.

Anthony Keohane, Director in the Automotive and Roadside team at Colliers International,who handled the acquisition, commented: “This new Jaguar Land Rover dealership will be situated on a prominent gateway site into the Town and boasts excellent visibility and access from the A26. With this investment from Jardine Motor Group, the new dealership will provide a state of the art showroom facility for Jaguar Land Rover and include features such as 18 car showroom, 24 bay workshop and a 100 used car display.”
