The Parts Alliance acquires BBC SuperfactorsUni-Select Inc. owners of The Parts Alliance, has announced that it has acquired BBC Superfactors Ltd. (”BBC”), a distributor of vehicle parts in Lancashire.
BBC operates a network of 7 locations across the Lancashire area. Employing 150 staff, the acquired business makes 1,000 deliveries per day, with approximately 97% of orders delivered within one hour.
