Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has expanded its network with a new authorised repairer in Colchester.
Situated just off the A12 in the purpose-built Volkswagen car site at Colchester Inchcape, the new site extends the number of dedicated authorised repairers to 25, on top of 72 full van centres.
The new Colchester outlet offers a dedicated CV team with service advisers, technicians and parts advisrrs as well as a head of business and aftersales manager. There are three workbays, an MOT facility and extended opening hours to meet operators’ needs.
Scott Duncan, general manager at Volkswagen Colchester Inchcape, said: “Our new authorised repairer makes Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ aftersales services even more readily available, and offers the facilities required for our customers in this part of the country.”
The Colchester site is new to the network, and Volkswagen CV customers would previously have had to have travelled to Ipswich (around 15 miles away) or Chelmsford (nearly 30 miles away).
