Harwoods Group has signed up to extend the use of the enquiryMAX enquiry management system across all of its sites.
Prior to the announcement the South of England dealer had employed the system at its Bentley, Aston Martin and Jaguar operations. The relationship will now be extended to include all of the group’s Audi sites. The decision comes after Harwoods saw sales conversion rates from enquiry to order increased by 7.5% over the last 12 months in the Group’s Bentley and Aston Martin sites.
