The Robins & Day dealer group has launched the largest dedicated DS store in the North West.

The new dealership is located on a new site on Windsor Street (off Albion Way). The design has aimed at utilizing the latest technology to give new and used car buyers a special environment in which to explore the DS brand and purchase a vehicle.The newly built dealership offers a 268m2 showroom, which can accommodate six DS cars. The showroom also features an air-conditioned DS lounge area where even a specially designed DS ambience-scent is dispersed via a special diffuser.

Jason Chick, General Manager for DS Store Manchester, commented, “The new DS Store Manchester has a very different feel to a traditional car showroom, being very obviously premium and spacious while providing customers with a feeling of well-being while within the DS experience that is so much more intimate and engaging for them while with us.

Architect Mike Strain from Scaramanga Design has spent two years working on the project, commented, “This showroom concept is unlike anything I’ve worked on before. Everything from the floor tiles to the wall cladding has been carefully chosen to exude quality. We’ve even worked on lighting that picks out specific design features of the cars on display.”
