JCT600 has launched a new Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) Centre in Chesterfield to serve the Audi and Mercedes-Benz brands within its fleet division.
The group redeveloped the Volkswagen Chesterfield site to create the new enterprise. The project has delivered a dedicated car preparation centre with a 600 car outdoor stock holding capacity. It also has designated indoor wet and dry valet bay facilities to work on 10 cars at a time as well as two indoor handover areas able to accommodate 25 cars daily. It will enable JCT600’s PDI technical team to prepare around 3,500 vehicles a year.
Neill Richards, JCT600’s group fleet sales director commented: “By creating a centralised pre-delivery inspection and car preparation facility in Chesterfield, the fleet operation has gained its own dedicated centre for Audi and Mercedes-Benz with the capacity to prepare around 3,500 fleet vehicles.”

JCT600 group operates 50 dealerships covering 18 brands and employing a workforce of 2,300 people.
