Lancashire based Chorley Group, has acquired a 1.2 acre site on Foxhole Road from Northern Trust, opposite its current Nissan showroom on Ackhurst Road in Chorley, with work to turn it into a dealership expected to get going in the next three months.

Talking about their plans, Adam Turner (pictured second from right), Sales Director of the family owned group who currently run 5 Nissan franchises as well as sites for Fiat, Hyundai and kia in the North West, said, “We’re really pleased we’ve acquired the land opposite our existing dealership on Ackhurst Road, it will be a huge asset to add to our continued growth over the past 12 months. Chorley is a growing town and the Council are doing a really great job in increasing employment and investment in the area. As our home town, we want to be a huge part of the growth in Chorley as well.”

“We are going through a period of investing heavily in our increasing property portfolio, and over the last two years we have invested over £1 million in refurbishing and upgrading our showrooms and aftersales facilities to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience, with much more to come.”

We look forward to seeing Chorley Nissan’s plans for the site come to fruition.”
