RRG has come out on top in Peugeot’s Mystery Shop awards for Aftersales.

RRG’s Peugeot Bury Service Centre topped the field in ‘in person’ and ‘over the phone’ scenarios.  Toni Baillie, Service Advisor at RRG Peugeot Bury, picked up the award for his dedication to customer service in the Aftersales department.  The Bury outfit recorded an overall score of 93.8% for Aftersales telephone services and 94.4% for UTC (up to the counter services) in Q2 this year.

RRG Joint Managing Director, Arran Bangham commented, “As the north’s largest car dealership group we are committed to first class customer service and we’re thrilled our team in Bury has come top of the leader board for Aftersales services out of all the car dealerships in the region.”

The RRG Peugeot Bury site located on Wellington Street just off Bolton Road in Bury is a Peugeot Approved Service Centre. The group also operate a Kia Sales Centre at the same site, with one of the longest serving Toyota centres in the UK also part of its Bury portfolio. In total RRG operate 25 dealerships across eight franchises.
