Inchcape South Midlands who operate Mercedes dealerships in Oxford, Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon, have scooped the gong for Retailer of the Year at this year’s Mercedes-Benz Retailer Awards.
Talking about the award, Gary Savage, CEO Mercedes-Benz Cars UK, said, “Inchcape South Midlands has had an exceptional year. That’s all the more impressive for the fact that this has been an outstanding year for all of our Retailer partners, making Inchcape the very best. They’ve achieved what they have by commitment and hard work across the company. They think and act like part of the Mercedes-Benz family, and embody the values which we encourage throughout the Mercedes-Benz Retailer Network.”
As part of the same awards, Lookers of Sussex won for being Smart retailer of the year.
Savage added, “Lookers put as big an effort into selling our smallest car as they did in everything else. This smart attitude helped achieve a big success.”
Also in the prizes, Inchcape (North West) was named Service and Parts Team of the Year, Lancaster, took Mercedes-AMG Team of the Year and Sandown (Dorset and Wiltshire) won for Customer Service Team of the Year.
