Lookers has been officially Certified by the Top Employers Institute for its employee offerings. Lookers is the only motor retailer to be recognised with this accreditation.

The Top Employers Institute certification recognises those that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation and those that strive to continuously improve and optimise employment practices that benefit people across the business.
