The John Grose group’s Lowestoft site has picked up the Kia Customer Experience Award. The award was presented by Hamish McCowan, Aftersales Director of Kia UK, who visited John Grose to congratulate dealership’s team in person.

Hamish McCowan commented; “2016 was a show-stopping year and it wouldn’t have been as successful if it wasn’t for the hard work all of the dealers across the UK. As a brand we pride ourselves on not only achieving high sales, but also giving each and every one of our customers the care and support they need, and we’re extremely proud of dealerships that achieved excellent results in 2016, so congratulations John Grose”

Alister Leith, Group Managing Director at John Grose, commented on the win : “We had an excellent 2016 and we have some great products from the Kia range which the people of Lowestoft just loved. We care about what we do, and we enjoy what we do and that is what comes across when we meet our customers in our local area.
