NAPA integrates with Tyresoft to streamline garage operations
NAPA Auto Parts UK and Ireland has launched a new integration with Tyresoft, aimed at improving parts ordering, accuracy and job efficiency for workshops.
NAPA Auto Parts UK and Ireland has announced a new integration with garage management platform Tyresoft, designed to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency for tyre and auto repair professionals.
The integration enables users to quote and manage jobs directly within Tyresoft, while ordering parts from NAPA without leaving the platform.
The new system connects part orders directly to the job, removing the need for manual cross-referencing and helping reduce delays and errors in the process.
Parts are automatically created within the system and prepared for goods-in processing, cutting out manual input and accelerating stock handling.
Pricing data is also entered automatically through the integration, which helps minimise booking errors and ensures consistency for invoicing and financial management.
Chris Nash, digital programme manager, said: “This collaboration with Tyresoft underscores NAPA Auto Parts commitment to providing innovative solutions that support garages and workshops with efficient, accurate, and user-friendly tools.”
TJ Webber, owner at Brake & Service World Letchford, said the integration had already made a significant impact: “The current level of integration, especially the XML invoicing from NAPA, has already been hugely beneficial.
“What NAPA and Tyresoft have achieved by taking the integration further is truly remarkable. The time savings we’re experiencing are significant, as the ability to check stock, order parts, and have them ready for the job is fantastic.
“We greatly appreciate this innovation from both Tyresoft and NAPA.”
