Frasle Mobility has expanded its warehouse operations across the UK and Northern Ireland to support its growth strategy and better meet customer demand. The move increases capacity across three sites, enabling smarter distribution and supporting the firm’s expanding product range.

The main UK site in Doncaster currently spans 60,000 sq ft and holds over 800,000 units across 4,500 lines from the Juratek, Fras-le and Nakata brands. An extension to the warehouse is scheduled to begin next year. In Bradford, the company’s Abtex facility now covers 20,500 sq ft, with over 230,000 units held across more than 3,800 lines.

The Northern Ireland distribution hub recently introduced a mezzanine floor, adding a further 2,647 sq ft of capacity. The site now accommodates Nakata wheel bearings, which launched in the UK in April, and is the only location to stock all four Frasle Mobility brands: Juratek, Fras-le, Nakata and Abtex.

“These expansions are about more than just space, they’re about agility, speed, and future readiness,” said Toby Whewell, sales and marketing director for Frasle Mobility in the UK. “With more inventory held locally, we can offer faster delivery, reduced lead times, and greater availability of the parts our customers need most. As our product portfolio grows, we’re investing in the infrastructure that allows us to scale efficiently while remaining customer-first in everything we do.”

Frasle Mobility’s own delivery fleet services the Northern Ireland market daily, reducing reliance on third-party logistics and offering reliable same or next-day delivery. The company is also preparing for the 2026 launch of its Nakata steering and suspension range, further underscoring the need for flexible warehousing solutions.
