Fix Auto UK has become the first organisation in the vehicle repair sector to simultaneously achieve both ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, underlining its commitment to data protection and high-quality service delivery.

The dual accreditation marked a significant milestone for the group, reinforcing its leadership in information security and quality management across the vehicle repair industry.

ISO 27001 certifies Fix Auto UK’s information security management systems, ensuring customer and partner data is protected to the highest standards.

ISO 9001 demonstrates the strength of its quality management systems and its focus on consistently delivering reliable, industry-leading services.

The accreditation process, led by Head of Systems and IT Gary Churcher, involved a comprehensive audit of Fix Auto UK’s operational procedures, risk management strategies and technology systems.

The certification followed ongoing investment in IT security infrastructure and operational standardisation across the business.
