eBay, the UK’s largest online marketplace for vehicle parts and accessories, will attend Automechanika Birmingham from 3rd to 5th June, joining over 500 exhibitors and 15,000 visitors at one of the UK’s key aftermarket trade shows.

The company will host a DIY workshop-themed stand at Stand 20, H30 and H33, focusing on four core elements of its parts and accessories platform: Tyre Fitting, Certified Recycling, eBay Assured Fit and My Garage. Visitors will be able to connect with eBay staff and take part in quizzes covering car parts, products and related knowledge.

As lead sponsor of Automechanika’s Aftermarket Hub, eBay will support a programme of insights and presentations on industry issues ranging from MOT changes and EV trends to digitalisation and regulation. These sessions are aimed at helping garage owners and aftermarket professionals adapt and futureproof their operations.

Abir Tewari, eBay UK’s director of commercial operations, parts and accessories, said: “We are looking forward to attending Automechanika Birmingham this year, alongside a community of dedicated and spirited automotive and aftermarket business leaders, some of which are key sellers on the marketplace.”

eBay will also promote its Certified Recycled and Tyre Fitment programmes, which advocate for lower costs and more sustainable practices across the automotive industry. The business recently introduced automatic VAT invoicing to simplify accounting and reduce admin for buyers and sellers alike.
