Castrol expands commercial vehicle training programme

Castrol has expanded its range of training courses for workshops and distributors in the commercial vehicle sector.
Online and in-person courses are offered, intended for technicians, salespeople, and customer-facing staff; all intended to boost familiarity with Castrol’s product offering.
Topics include upselling, ethics, leadership, as well as digital and traditional marketing.
In-person sessions will be delivered at customer sites, by Castrol’s team of technical service specialists; while online learners will be able to access a virtual tour of the Castrol Technology Centre in Pangbourne, completing their course through Castrol’s online learning campus.
Online technical tutorials will be provided for mechanical staff, while salespeople will be able to access video sessions, intended to improve their customer service skills.
