Refurbishment completed at Porsche Centre Chester

PorscheCentreChesterAfter more than six months of hard work and a 3 month stint trading from their used car operation, the re-development of the Rybrook Holdings owned Porsche Centre Chester has been completed.

The dealership now has two showrooms side by side in Cheshire Oaks, one housing new cars and the service department, and the other for the used cars operation.

With an MOT facility to follow shortly, the new set up now features a customer specification lounge, a vehicle handover bay, two bays for quick diagnostics, an executive lounge area and a Porsche merchandise area.

Talking about the changes they have made, Carl Hazelton, Porsche Centre Chester's Centre Principal, says “Now the showroom has been completed, we can provide customers with an even better experience. The waiting area has been redesigned with a state-of-the-art coffee machine and electrical points including USB ports, so our customers can continue working whilst waiting for their car. We have a new configuration lounge that provides a great environment to choose the very best specification for prospective customers, and the handover bay makes collecting new cars very special. Initial feedback from customers who have visited the redeveloped site has been exceptional, as well as from my colleagues, who are loving their new working environment. Having two showrooms has provided the much-needed space to cope with our additional sales and service capacity. We hope we have future proofed the business so that we can provide exceptional customer service for many years to come.”
