England’s largest family owned dealer group, Listers have appointed Joyce Pavier as Motability Account Manager, with a brief to advise customers on the best ways of using the Motability scheme.
Pavier, a former Operations Manager with business process outsourcing firm SITEL, will be working across the group’s 41 dealerships that range from the midlands to Grimsby.
Welcoming Pavier to the group, Toni Dunk, Group Marketing Manager at Listers Group, said, “We are always looking for more ways to offer the best service to our customers. Whether they are a familiar face, or someone who’s never visited us before, we want to provide them with the complete Listers experience. We understand the needs of our customers vary and we are committed to creating a friendly and professional experience for all of our valued buyers across the midlands.”
Looking forward to her new job, Pavier said, “I’m thrilled to be joining the Listers family at such an exciting time for the company. I will be focusing on helping to improve the customer journey and buying experience for Motability customers and I’m looking forward to implementing changes to make the buying process more streamlined and simpler to understand.”
