Helston Garages owned Peugeot dealership, Truscotts Barnstaple have been awarded Gold Lion accreditation from Peugeot HQ.
In the Peugeot dealer network, the Gold Lion represents the carmakers top accolade for achieving benchmarks on customer satisfaction, parts supply, levels of sales and service, and profitability.
Talking about the accreditation, Paul Hopkins, General Manager at Truscotts Barnstaple said, “Massive congratulations to all the staff at Truscotts Barnstaple and thanks to Helston Garages for all their support in 2016. For me, becoming a Gold Lion Dealer is an acknowledgement that all aspects of the dealership team is on track, and that the team understanding of how important their own role is within the dealership to achieve top scores, coupled with the ‘Amplified’ commitment to be ‘Stronger Together’ to further customer satisfaction.”
