South of England dealer group, Hendy Group, who have dealerships ranging from Tonbridge in Kent to Exeter in Devon, are investing in Portsmouth, building a new Kia showroom and launching a FordStore, both in Cosham.
Talking about the plans which will see the Kia showroom open in April 2017, CEO Paul Hendy said, “Portsmouth is an extremely important location for the group and this investment will ensure we can offer customers the very best facilities. Kia has been hugely successful and we’re delighted to be part of its plans for further growth in the future and the new showroom will enable us to showcase the very latest models in a comfortable and relaxed environment.”
Talking about the FordStore which will be the group’s second, Hendy adds, “The concept is totally customer focused and we’re delighted to be launching a FordStore in Portsmouth,” said Paul. “It has been a huge success at our dealership in Eastleigh with positive feedback from customers so we’re pleased to be able to bring the concept to Portsmouth too.”
