The H.R. Owen have announced the acquisition of Bentley Hadley Green for an undisclosed sum from Lookers plc.
H.R.Owen will be the dealership’s third owner in 2014. Lookers took ownership of Bentley Hadley Green as part of its acquisition of the Colbornes Group in March 2014. Having acquired the dealership H.R.Owen have re-named the dealership Bentley Hertfordshire, and relocated it to the old Hadley Green Jaguar showroom on Barnet High Street.
H.R. Owen will fully integrate Hadley Green into its existing Bentley portfolio that includes Jack Barclay, Bentley Surrey, Bentley Berkshire and Bentley Cheltenham.

H.R. Owen is a London based high end dealer group. It covers sixteen sales franchises and eighteen aftersales franchises for Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, MINI, Pagani and Rolls-Royce. The de-listing of the company was approved by shareholders in March of this year following a successful share offer of 170 pence per share by BPI.
